JKG Tower hosted over 30 property agents at their premises at Menara JKG. Datuk Teh Kean Ming, Managing Director of JKG Land Bhd provided a brief introduction of the tower and highlighted its key features.

He explained the MSC Malaysia Bill of Guarantees (BoGs) and how the grant of MSC Malaysia Status entitles qualified entities to a set of incentives, rights and privileges from the Government of Malaysia, namely the MSC Malaysia Bill of Guarantees (BoGs). This include the opportunities for tenants to benefit from MSC Cybercentres leveraging the world-class infrastructre from power redundancy and multiple network facilities and service providers environment.

Additionally, MSC status enables access to local and global industry talents. Companies with MSC Malaysia Status can source and hire local and foreign knowledge workers to ensure they have the best expertise locally and from around the world to grow their business.
